CANCELLATION POLICY 

Lessons are confirmed as soon as payment has been received by THE STOP Online Music Studio Inc.

In order to accommodate teacher and student schedules, we ask that you agree to the following Cancellation Policy.

PRIVATE LESSONS:

Please let us know as soon as possible if you would like to reschedule a lesson.
 

There is no fee to reschedule lessons if more than 48hrs notice has been given.

- All Cancellations made within 24 hours of a scheduled lesson: 100% NON-REFUNDABLE

- All Cancellations made within 48 hours of a scheduled lesson: 50% NON-REFUNDABLE

If a student cancels more than 2 lessons per semester*, THE STOP reserves the right to cancel the block of lessons and remove the student from the lesson schedule.
A refund of the remaining lessons will be given, and a $40.00 administration fee will be charged.

To Cancel Private Lesson Block Bookings, a refund of the remaining lessons will be given, and a $40.00 administration fee will be charged.

All lessons taught, where the student is present, are 100% NON-REFUNDABLE.

GROUP CLASSES:

In order to “drop out” of a Group Class, you must do so no later than the end of the second class. A refund of the remaining classes will be given and a $40.00 administration free will be charged.

If your teacher is sick or is unable to teach, THE STOP will provide you with a supply teacher. In the unlikely event that your lesson cannot be covered by another teacher we would be happy to reschedule your lesson at no charge, or offer a full refund for the missed lesson.
